| I got up this morning and noticed the cover on my bike had been removed. I then noticed my right hand wing mirror was missing. The left mirror was still there, but very loose. What the f**k!!! I thought. Then noticed that the cover on my neighbours R1 was lifted, but not removed. No damage was done to his bike.
I can only assume, someone was looking for Honda wing mirrors, and decided to take them from my bike. The alarm must have either went off or warned prior to them actually succeeding with removing the left mirror. I've now taken it off, as it looks stupid with just one mirror on there. Not happy about riding the bike with no mirrors, but I suppose I will just have to do more life savers now. I will hopefully get a replacement soon.

| damn thats annoying! i heard usually around summertime, some of the stunters who come out to play [and break bits on their bikes] look around at night to find replacement parts from other bikes!
ah a good investment would be that pager jason has on his bike, that way you know when the alarm goes off, just in case! | |

| Fuckers, sorry to hear about this, some theiving bastard nicked a scorpion can off an old bike of mine, definitely a good idea to get some security nuts on your other bits and pieces. | |

| Thanks mate, got them replaced and I've not put Lock tight gel on all the screws that are associated with the wing mirrors. So if they try again, the will have use a hammer on the alan key to loosen them.... | |

or just rip them off? causing more damage. I think that pager is the way to go, not cheap though. | |
