| I had to watch that over and over to see what exactly happened....it was the bikers fault wasn't it? Looked as though he moved over to the left without indicating...am I right? | |

| I assumed it was the cars thought but now I really dont know! It is very hard to tell from this shot, was the bike in his lane and the car distracted by the police didnt realise the trafick had slowed and wiped out the biker, OR did the bike pull into the path of the car? | |

| It looked to me that the biker moved across the lane in front of the car without indicating... | |

| I just watched it again, but this time I kept clicking on the pause button until I started to see the biker. He came across the lane without looking or indicating... | |

| Wrong it's the car! which changing lane to the right. the driver misjudge the speed of the Bike. if it was the bike the car wouldn't have move to the right. it would have carry on and stop on a straigh line. | |

| Sorry mate, I disagree....watch it in slow motion by clicking the pause/play button repeatedly. The car does not change position at all. The bike starts out slightly to the right of the car, then moves over to the left. The car keeps in a straight line the whole time. | |

| The car drivers fault, I say this because to me it looks like the car was catching up with slower traffic faster than what they were expecting so they swerved and took the bike out after not having seen him/her. AND I would put money on it that there was a mobile phone or some other equally unnescesary distraction involved ooops it's only my second post on here T_N_W | |

| It just goes to show that people see things differently....I have sent that link to all my biker mates, and it's 50:50 split on who's at fault! I still say the biker...Like I said, slow it down frame by frame and you will clearly see what I mean. When you watch it as it is, it does appear to be the driver. | |
