*** How to become a member ***Anyone can join up to the forum but this does not constitute in any way membership to FR. Freedom Rydaz
are not actively seeking to recruit members although we warmly welcome all enquiries.
In order to become a member you would need to attend the monthly meetings, hold a full or restricted licence permitting you to ride over a 33BHP motorcycle (exceptions at the discretion of the C.E.O’s, i.e for pillions) submit the completed application form and contribute actively for us to get know you. You may then be invited to prospect which is like a probation period before full membership is granted, where you would receive your *colours.
(*Please read up on ‘colours’ found in the tabs)
Unlike many social organisations there is no membership fee, or monthly dues, if you complete your prospect hood and receive your club vest as a full member, you will be expected to cover the costs of the vest, patches and bike screen sticker (does not usually exceed £50). Newly vested members will have a month to make the payment, as a prospect you are not required to make any payments until after your potential vesting. FR is a non profit making organisation. The only ongoing requirement is commitment and a practical demonstration of an understanding of what FR represent.
Club Patches remain the property of Freedom Rydaz
Freedom Rydaz
is not an M.C or a M.C.C, technically we would be referred to as a ‘lifestyle’ wearing a one piece patch. Out of respect to the existing motorcycle clubs we are happy to comply with this and will not use the initials M.C or M.C.C or use rockers on our patches, although we will refer to ourselves as a club, among ourselves.
