PostSubject: My GPZ305 for reluctant sale   My GPZ305 for reluctant sale EmptyWed Dec 09, 2009 1:40 pm

I am thinking about selling my GPZ 305. I bought it with the intention of using it as my winter hack but my R1 has cost me so much money that I cant afford to run and INSURE both bikes. I have done a fair bit of tidying up and have completely rebuilt the brakes. It runs perfectly fine with a nice slick gearbox. All it needs to pass an MOT is a new fork seal ( I have bought a set but not fitted). I have the MOT failure sheet with no other advisories/ fails apart from this. This could be a real bargain for anyone who needs a winter hack. Its belt driven so no need to be lubing chains, although they do say lube the belt up with vegatable oil no and then. Offers welcome. I'll get some pics asap.

Thanks all

Damon, post some pics and price if you decide to sell. You could of course declare it off the road and get short term insurance for the winter IF you decide to use it. It doesnt HAVE to be insured if your not using it, just gotta make sure it CANNOT be stolen.
