BHF - Tower of London 10k Run

Hey Family,

I will be running the Tower of London Jog tomorrow to try and raise money for the British Heart Foundation. It was all organised a bit late but i hope to raise as much money as possible so ANYTHING helps no matter how small your donation.

Heart Disease is something that alot of people in my family have suffered from including my Grandfather who died of due to it so this is something close to my heart so please sponsor me by clicking...

Thankyou so much guys, i really appreciate your generosity! I only found out about the run today and it is tomorrow so i have been short of time to raise sponsorship yet i have already raised £90 so i am really encouraged by your kindness!

If you do sponsor, please Gift Aid it as it means they can claim back the 25% tax instead of the tax man taking your money away from the charity and they also give 3% of whatever you give to the cause from their own pockets...

As you know PRE im always down to do Charity work so thats a great suggestion and something i am up for. I will be organising and taking part in various charitable events this year and it would be great if yourself, Saj & everyone else would like to get involved too... It doesnt ALWAYS have to be a bike thing....

Blessings FR family,

As you know, i took part in and ran the Tower of London Jog today to try and raise money for the British Heart Foundation. It was all organised a bit late in under 24 hours but i managed to reach my target which was a tremendous achievement! Although the run is over you can still donate as i am trying to raise as much money as possible so ANYTHING helps no matter how small your donation.

I completed the 10K (6.25 miles) in 53mins 48seconds which was a very respectable time so i was very happy with that!

What made me even more happy is the generosity of those of you who have sponsored me so far. You smashed my target of £50 to pieces... i upped it to £100 and you blew that apart too... so i set it to £150 and a couple of hours later you hit that too!! You have helped raise over £160 to date and that is still growing. I have really been encouraged by your kindess and i really appreciate it. I love you guys, it is a privilidge to have friends like you!

Saj is important to look good you know, if thats possibly while wheezing and gasping for air!! Nah i just didnt have anywhere to leave my things and the person taking photos didnt get there until the time id already started running!!

Next year maybe you will be there running with me representing Freedom Rydaz!! Redz and I are thinking of training for the marathon and we will also be doing alot more charity events incuding bike related charity rides...

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas or anything they would like to do feel free to let us know!
