Hey everyone, I am now going to give a deadline for the deposits to be paid. This will be Friday 30th April.
The rooms have been provisionally booked, and I must provide him with definate confirmation of attendees. If we do not need all the rooms, then he will be in a position to then let them out to someone else. So please can you ensure you get the deposit to me as soon as you can. If you want you can give it to me at our next end of month meeting on the 30th. Alternatively, pay it into the bank.
If deposits are not paid by the 30th April, I will assume you do not wish to come and will advise the Hotel accordingly.
