Shilohman's CeeeBeeeaaaaR

hey all, ive got my hands on shilohmans bike which when i met him started off looking like this...

PS... sorry for the crappy phone pics....



soon after speaking to me he had a dark tint DB screen fitted and the bike looked much better and looked like this...



then he went away for a bit, rode it for a while, stored it away during the real bad weather and now its out of hibernation so it went away for a MOT and came back back a damaged screen, top fairing and some scratches on the side fairings which should be getting touched up.

so he brought the bike round today and it looked like this...



so i started by taking the stock flame thrower off







then i put on the new link pipe which hasnt got a hole for the 02 sensor so its gonna need a 02 eliminator kit from dynojet, and i put on whats left of the end can to see were its gonna be sitting.







then i moved onto the front end of the bike.



and changed some screen bolts



then the rest...



and then moved onto the levers which were silver





and changed em to black ones which arrived this morning lol





so this is how it stands at the moment...



and heres a lil clip of the bike starting up with just the link pipe on and no end can...

day 2 with the bike cos i was also being lazy...

got the screen trim fitted to the seat cowl to stop it rubbing the paint off of the seat unit


then i fitted the hugger, had to take the wheel out to do it...


then got the new motogp stubby fitted...


then we got the exhaust sleeve back from the powder coaters and i got that together...








then got the new LED sidelight bulb fitted...


and the bike was ready to ride...



while i had the bike i checked all the brake pads, copper eased all the bolts i had out, adjusted the chain and pumped up the tyres!!

still got a few more things to do to the bike but thatll be anothertime!!

very nice looks weird with the end can outing missing

Looking good! Time to take a dremel to that exhaust tho
