			<description>I thought I would share a little trick to help with setting up your suspension on more sports orientated bikes. 



When compaines such as K-Tech rebuild your forks, they often add something called a &quot;witness ring&quot; or a fork travel indicator. This is basically a large plastic O ring that fits around your fork stanchion. It shows fork dive by moving to the lowest part of the stanchion under heavy braking and staying there to give you a reference point when off the bike.
